Email notifications are not received when a loan is cancelled.
Steps to Reproduce:
Log in to the application.
Navigate to the loan details page.
Cancel an existing loan.
Expected Result:
An email notification should be sent successfully upon loan cancellation.
Actual Result:
No email notification is received after cancelling the loan.
