Email notifications are not received when a loan is created.
Steps to Reproduce:
Log in to the application.
Navigate to the loan creation module.
Create a new loan and submit the details.
Expected Result:
An email notification should be sent successfully upon loan creation.
Actual Result:
No email notification is received after creating the loan.
