Description:
The provider is able to join a meeting that is scheduled for a past date and time.
Steps to Reproduce:
Log in as a provider.
Navigate to the meetings or appointments section.
Attempt to join a meeting that is scheduled in the past.
Expected Result:
The provider should not be allowed to join meetings scheduled for a past date and time.
Actual Result:
The provider is able to join the meeting even though it is scheduled for a past date and time.
