Description:
There is no option to replace or re-upload an already uploaded document; only the document type can be changed.
Steps to Reproduce:
Navigate to the document upload/edit section
Upload a document
Attempt to edit or replace the uploaded document
Expected Result:
User should be able to re-upload or replace the existing document file.
Actual Result:
Only the document type can be changed; the uploaded file cannot be replaced.

- Status changed from New to MFD - Mark For Delete
There is no action required on this. Discussed with Ujjwal sir.
