User Story :
As a patient, I want to reopen and edit my previously submitted health intake form so that I can update any new or corrected health information.

Acceptance Criteria :

• After successful initial submission, the confirmation screen should display a “Resubmit” button.
• Clicking Resubmit should reopen the same intake form in edit mode with all previously entered data prefilled.
• All sections and validations should behave the same as in the initial submission (required fields, navigation, auto-save, etc.).
• Patients should be able to modify any field and move between sections before resubmitting.
• The system should create a new version entry or update the existing record (final behavior TBD).

On resubmission, show confirmation message :
“Your Health Intake Form has been successfully updated.”

• Redirect patient back to the Dashboard or summary view after confirmation.
• Display latest submission date on the form summary screen.

Notes for QA :

• Verify that the Resubmit button appears only after the initial submission.
• Check that all previously entered data loads correctly.
• Edit several fields and confirm updated values are saved.
• Confirm validation rules still apply.
• Verify that the confirmation message and redirect appear after resubmission.
• Ensure submission date/time updates correctly.
