Description:
Implement proper synchronization between the Mobile App and Web/Windows App so that all order and table status changes are reflected consistently across both platforms.
Current Issue:

• Orders created from the mobile app are not immediately reflected on the web/Windows app.
• When an order is cancelled from the mobile app, it still remains occupied on the web/Windows app.
• Even after an order is paid or cancelled, the table status is not updated on the web/Windows app.
  Expected Behavior:
• Orders placed from mobile should reflect on the web/Windows app in real time.
• Order cancellations from mobile should immediately reflect on the web/Windows app.
• Once an order is paid or cancelled, the associated table should automatically become available on the web/Windows app.
• Order, payment, cancellation, and table occupancy statuses should remain synchronized across Mobile and Web/Windows applications.
