1. Wastage Navigation Error
   When navigating through Orders → Void Order → All Details → Wastage, the system displays the error message “The requested item was not found.”
   Please investigate and fix the navigation/data-loading issue.
   
2. Missing Reason Option for Wastage
   In Record Wastage, there is currently no option to select/add a Reason for wastage for:

Order
Menu Item
Raw Material

Add a Reason field/option so users can specify why the item/material was wasted.
