Add a "Send to Kitchen" option while creating a Takeaway order so that the order can be sent to the kitchen immediately for preparation.

Requirements

• Provide a Send to Kitchen action in Takeaway ordering flow.
• On selecting Send to Kitchen, the order should be sent to the Kitchen/KOT system.
• Kitchen staff should be able to see the takeaway order and start preparation.
• The KOT should clearly identify the order as Takeaway.
• Order items, quantities, add-ons, and special instructions should be included in the KOT.
• The order should maintain the appropriate status after being sent to the kitchen.
• The user should be able to continue with the normal takeaway billing/order completion flow after sending the order to the kitchen.
