Update the following APIs to support API Key authentication and scope-based authorization:

Create a document using an uploaded template.
Create a document with recipients.
Send a signing link to recipients via email.
Generate an embedded session URL for use in an iframe.
Each API must validate the API key and enforce the appropriate access scope.

Updated document flow to support creating documents from templates with recipients, sending signing links by email, and generating signing session links. APIs now use workspace-level access and support API key scoped public document workflows.
