Description
Review all database entities and standardize the common audit fields across the application.
Review all existing entities/tables and identify common columns.
Extend BaseAuditEntity in all applicable entities.
Review each entity and remove any unnecessary or duplicate columns where required.
Standardize column naming conventions across all entities.
Use consistent names for common fields, especially:
createdAt
updatedAt
createdBy
updatedBy
Ensure the same data type and behavior are used for common fields across all entities.
Verify that the changes do not break existing relationships, APIs, or persistence flows.

- Status changed from New to Ready to QA
Reviewed all entities and added BaseAuditableEntity where applicable.
Removed separately defined common fields such as Id, CreatedAt, UpdatedAt, etc., as these are now inherited from the base entity.
Updated table Id fields to use GUIDs.
